He graduated with a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1974, admitted to practice in New York State, Corporate Attorney New York City until 1976. He then was admitted to practice in California in 1976. Sole Practice since then, emphasizing in Criminal Defense since 1977.

He has so many years of experiences in Jury Trials, both Felony and Misdemeanors. In 42 years of practicing law in California, he has involving and representing almost 4000 states and federal criminal cases in different cities and counties: Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kern, Santa Cruz, Alameda, Butte, Tulare, Fresno, Imperial and other out of state cities: Las Vegas, Cincinnati and New York.
